Over The Road (OTR)

OTR stands for “over the road,” which refers to drivers who transport materials over long distances, as opposed to local routes. Our OTR drivers are responsible for hauling all types of freight, including heavy freight, and other equipment.

Our Rates

Our pay rates & fees are competitive with other local delivery companies. Several factors are considered when providing courier services; (i.e mileage, fuel, weight of packages etc.)

 

Our standardized rate begins at $22.00 with additional fees as follows…

Example: ($22.50 standard rate + pick-up / delivery 20 miles within 1 hour $34.50 = $57.00)

 

Additional Fees

* Heavy / Bulky packages weighing over 50 pounds will be charged an extra $.20 per pound

* There will be a surcharge of $15.00 for deliveries after hours.

* There will be a surcharge of $3.00 per minute for waiting if pick-up is not ready  upon arrival. 

 

Contracts

Businesses that wish to become regular clients, the rate for services will be $43.00 per hour regardless of distance and time. 

 

Over The Road Rates:

1st 50 miles $50.00 then additional $.80 per mile thereafter.

Example: (Pick-up / Delivery total mileage 150 x $.80 + $50.00 = $170.00)

 

Note: Deliveries outside of 50 miles radius will be calculated as over-the-road rates.
